To help customers take full advantage of the ICOM TargetSource database, ICOM offers a suite of analytical and modeling services designed to:

  • gain a better understanding of "best customer" behaviors in order to find additional customers who will respond to specific mail campaigns
  • find households with the same characteristics as your best customers for cross selling
  • determine which households are most likely to respond to a campaign and meet a second criterion, such as approval or payment for offer
  • expand the number of potential customers by identifying segments from the ICOM TargetSource database with a high proportion of desirable attributes
