Mark Hertenstein

Vice President, Sales and Client Services

As Vice President of Sales & Client Services at ICOM Information & Communications L.P., a full-service provider of targeted list, data communication solutions and analytic services, Mark is responsible for leading these teams in the growth and expansion of our North American business.

Mark brings vast experience in direct marketing (specifically in the packaged goods industry); sales management and leadership; and data and analytics.

Mark joined ICOM in November 2006 as part of the senior management team. Prior to joining ICOM, Mark held a number of executive positions including Vice President & Group Publisher for Fairchild Publications (Home Products Group); Senior Sales Executive at Actmedia; Executive Director, Business Development for Catalina Marketing and Vice President, Strategic Accounts for ADVO.

Throughout his career, Mark has developed a broad understanding of business operations, including sales, and is able to use his extensive understanding of both the CPG industry, as well as targeted marketing to drive growth. Mark holds a B.A in Economics and Political Science from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
